All Ears is the world leader in AI driven spoken media monitoring. I led the company for its first six years. From idea to a robust business.
Listed among the Hottest Swedish AI startups and dubbed a Rising Star by Breakit.
As a B2B SaaS, trusted by almost a thousand customers, many of them Fortune 500's (such as Hertz & Pfizer), All Ears has achieved an annual recurring revenue of €4 million with an yearly growth rate of 2-3x.
All Ears has raised several million euros in investment, through various rounds, including the Series A led by Bonnier Capital and Alfvén & Didrikson, as well as prominent angel investors from Spotify and Cision.
I personally closed the company's first customers in Sweden and U.S. and opened our presence in New York City, securing major clients such as Walmart and Weber Shandwick.
Through my efforts, I built a strong sales, product, and customer success team, recruiting well over a hundred new team members in total. Meanwhile, voluntary employee churn stayed at levels close to zero.
Initially called Signal Signal, the company changed its name two years after incorporation.

Forerunner in the mobile photo sharing space, similar to the loop based format that Vine and Tiktok later popularized.
Loopcam was monetized using creative/ad partnerships with international B2C brands.
The company was run from Berlin and got backed by London based Passion Capital, and the founders of Soundcloud.
